Ayda DurouxMBEL Team - MBCT TeacherAyda is a medical doctor specialized in pediatric palliative care. Her path led from mindfulness to MBCT at Oxford, into early Buddhism, philosophy, and neuroscience. She co-founded of MBEL and volunteers with Mind & Life Europe, bridging science and contemplative wisdom in action.

Heea YangMBEL TeamDr. Heea Yang, PhD, is a counselor, educator, and leadership guide with over 20 years of experience in trauma recovery, stress resilience, and contemplative practice, integrating somatic and body-based approaches, meditation, and self-inquiry to support whole-person development.
Since 2008, she has led leadership and wellness programs for executives as founder of the Carpe Diem Healing Art Institute in South Korea. She now directs the Carpe Diem Counseling & Coaching Center in Turin, Italy, working with individuals, couples, and the international school community as a wellbeing educator, drawing on over 30 years of cross-traditional study in contemplative traditions.
