MBEL is an eight-week guided online course for people with previous mindfulness experience who would like to extend their practice into all areas of life and connect it with ethical orientation.
Dates: 9 September – 28 October 2026
Time: Mondays, 19:15 – 21:00 CET
Course Description
Mindfulness is more than stress reduction. It is reflected in how we perceive, make decisions, and act.
MBEL places the cultivation of ethically relevant habit patterns at the heart of the course.
Our reactions and decisions are shaped far more by deeply ingrained habits than we usually realize. The course supports you in recognizing, understanding, and gradually transforming these patterns – what we call the Ethical Habit Loop – through mindfulness.
In this way, mindfulness becomes more than a practice of self-awareness. It becomes a way of relating, deciding, and acting with greater wisdom and care in everyday life.
Who is this course for?
MBEL is designed for people who:
- would like to extend their mindfulness practice into all areas of life
- have already completed a mindfulness course, such as MBSR, MBCT, or a comparable programme
- wish to respond less reactively and act with greater awareness
- want to integrate mindfulness with ethical responsibility and everyday action
What MBEL is not
MBEL is not a meditation course.
Meditation and the foundations of mindfulness practice are assumed rather than taught. The course focuses on how mindfulness can develop into an ethically informed way of living.
Course format
Eight weeks · Guided · Online
Each week includes one live online session of 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Between sessions, you will work with guided audio practices, written materials, reflective exercises, and everyday-life practices at your own pace.
Course fee
The course fee is €240.
A reduced fee of €120 is available for people on a low income.
We want MBEL to be accessible. You are welcome to choose the reduced fee without providing proof or an explanation.
Access to the course materials
The course materials are released gradually throughout the programme, in step with each week’s session.
They are not available before the course begins, allowing us to move through the programme together in a structured and carefully guided way.
